AFTER SALES SERVICE

We offer free aftersales service for 5 years ,  for heating and electrical installations for 2 years. Neverthless any repairs required at a later date can also be carried out by Living Tomorrow. Our experienced Living Tomorrow Aftersales Service employees are available to answer questions or talk about improvements to your home.

HOW THE AFTERSALES SERVICE WORKS

  1. The customer registers with:

  2. The Aftersales Service team member then plans your service appointment. It takes around 3-6 weeks for planning, ordering materials and scheduling. In emergencies, a faster call-out is of course possible.

  3. The customer is informed 10-14 days beforehand about the service call-out and arranging appointment exact time suitable for both parties.

  4. Our experienced Living Tomorrow on-site installation team will carry out the work professionally and to a high standard.
